Tastefully furnished apartment! My kids enjoyed all the play station games plus the board games. Will definitely recommend it to my friends! We enjoyed our stay not forgetting the convenience of internet access too!

Great place to stay. Very central to CBD and Burswood. The Avena is well equipped (we loved the dishwasher) with all the modern cons and spacious enough for our family of 6. Living area was huge. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others." david, October 2009

"Highly recommended. The apartment is spacious and attractive, has every facility you could want and location is brilliant. We particularly appreciated the two bathrooms, the maxi tv screen and the larger than normal balcony overlooking the pool & spa with the river as the backdrop. The city and the airport are only a few minutes away by car. Get to Fremantle or Cottlesloe by Great Eastern Hwy or hop on freeway to northern beaches. Nothing easier." Debbie, December 2009

My sister and I spent a week in this lovely apartment. We had everything that we needed to feel comfortable, safe and the view was nice. It was only a short drive to the city, easy to get in and out of off of the Great Eastern highway and relatively quiet. Thanks again - we would love to return soon."

We spent two weeks in the Ceresa River Views and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location to the 'must see and do sights' in Perth was fantastic. The apartment was secure, private and very peaceful. Great to have table seating on the balcony for outside meals on the warm evenings. Would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to others. Keith Family Christchurch, New Zealand
