What star rating is your accommodation?

  • Five star

What is included in the price?

  • Furnishings and appliances
  • Broadband internet access on your laptop

  • The property is serviced every seven days from check in
  • Use of the complex facilities including the pool and gymnasium

The price excludes:

  • International and national calls made (local calls free)
  • Special furnishing requests (cot, high chair free)

What is included in the property?

  • Your property includes everything necessary for a comfortable stay including high quality furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge oven and hotplates. All you need to bring is your suitcase

How many people does your property sleep?

  • One bedroom – max 2 persons
  • Two bedroom – max 4 persons
  • Three bedroom max 6 persons
  • Please note children under 2 years free

Is car parking available?

  • Secured and undercover onsite car parking is available at all locations
  • Our secured car parks are accessed by remote control

Are unfurnished apartments available for lease?

  • No – All our properties are fully furnished to the highest standards

Do your properties have Foxtel?

  • Yes some of our properties have Foxtel

Do your properties have high speed / broadband internet?

  • All our properties are connected to a high speed broadband network
  • To make use of this service guests must provide their own laptop with an Ethernet port

How many laptops can connect to broadband?

  • One laptop to connect at a time

Can I use a fax machine?

  • Yes – as a majority of our properties have phone/fax

Reservation / Booking procedures

 

What is the minimum length of stay?

  • Our minimum length of stay is 4 nights
  • Special arrangements for a shorter stay may be provided at a special rate under certain circumstances

How do I make a reservation?

Is a deposit required?

  • Yes – 50% of the accommodation charge to be paid at the time of booking

When do you require final payment?

  • Final 50% due one month prior to arrival

What payment forms do you accept?

  • All prices are quoted in Australian dollar
  • EFT transfer into our business account
  • Pay by Pay Pal and a 3% charge applies

What is the cancellation policy?

  • For confirmed bookings cancelled more than 1 month prior to arrival date, payment will be refunded, with a cancellation fee of 25%.
  • For confirmed bookings cancelled less than 1 month prior to arrival date, no refund is payable.
  • No refund applicable for early departures.

How do I check in?

  • Key collection location and check in details will be provided upon full payment.

What is the check in/out time?

  • Guaranteed check in time is 2pm and check out time is 10.00am

What is the check-in arrangement for arrivals that occur outside of office hours?

  • Key collection can be made outside business hours by prior arrangement
  • Check-in instructions will be provided with your booking confirmation

  • Yes – service charge will apply plus cost of items

Do you offer a grocery delivery service?

  • An affordable delivery service to fill your pantry and fridge – on request via email

Are pets welcome?

  • No pets are not allowed

  • A short stay in one of our properties in Western Australia is a wonderful gift idea that is sure to be appreciated.
    Contact us and we can customise a special stay in Western Australia for you to give as a gift.

Do you take reservations by phone?

  • We consider it very important for all interested parties to have a written copy of the reservation. This helps to minimize changes which are inconvenient. Our online reservation form helps our guests plan their stay as it is a simple task to fill in the blanks on the form. Then print off your copy.

How far is the Airport from Perth City?

  • Perth Domestic Terminal: 12km
  • Perth International Terminal 16km
